Update 4/21/21

I finally received the shareholder records back on HENI - Hinto Energy, Inc. from the previous transfer agent yesterday and they were forwarded to Action Stock Transfer to become the new agent. I can now get the agreement closing the last piece of litigation moved forward.

On THDS - 3Dshopping.com and AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. I received the court orders yesterday (ordering meetings). I will be working with the respective transfer agents to get the notices out.

On BDCM - Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. I am still waiting to hear back from the previous officer’s representation to see if we can move forward on the cancellation of the old control shares.

UVSS - Universal Systems, Inc. has been reinstated via the SOS in Washington per the judge’s order. I am working with the previous transfer agent to track down the shareholder records.

LPHM - Lee Pharmaceuticals court date is scheduled for May 13th on the petition to order a shareholder meeting.

On ALKN - Alkane, Inc. the court hearing was yesterday. My attorney answered the judges’ questions and the judge requested a proposed order. The order was submitted to the judge for review today.
