Update 4/8/21

BDCM (Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc.) has been reinstated in Florida. The cost was $2108. I have been in talks with the transfer agent, and I am waiting for him to get information on a settlement back to me. I am also in talks with an old officer to return shares.

On HENI (Hinto Energy, Inc.) I settled old debt with the transfer agent, Continental. The settlement was $10,000. One of my terms on the settlement was the termination of them as the TA as I will be moving to a different company. I continue to try to settle the last piece of litigation in the BK. This has turned out to be a complex case with a lot of moving pieces and a learning experience for me.

In California I have filed a petition to have the courts order a shareholder meeting for LPHM (Lee Pharmaceuticals).

My attorney in Texas Melissa has deemed it prudent to postpone hearing dates on the Texas petitions until we have a more clear path forward. They will be conducting research and will report back.
