Update 5/26/21
I received the accurate records today for UVSS - Universal Systems, Inc. from the TA. I can now move forward with noticing a meeting which I should be able to get done next week.
On THDS - 3Dshopping.com the TA (Issuer Direct) is working to pull NOBO reports and will be noticing the shareholder meeting. I am waiting to hear back. I have several calls and emails into them.
On HENI - Hinto Energy, Inc. I am still trying to close out the last piece of litigation. The close out includes me purchasing restricted shares from entities that Gary Herrick controls. The certificates were lost so I provided affidavits of loss via the attorney so that we can move this along.
On AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. I have reached a deal with the current officer. I sent updated documents tonight and hope to be able to close it this week.
On BABL - Buildablock Corp. the SOS will not let me reinstate with the same name (due to a corporation that is current having a similar name). I need to process a name change amendment together with the reinstatement. I will be working to complete this in the coming weeks. I may have to fly to Tallahassee to complete as the SOS said they are 2 – 3 months behind but will take walk-ins.
I reached out to Mark Gentile the Amicus Curiae for the Delaware custodian cases via telephone and email asking him for timeline on his feedback as was under the impression he had thirty days to submit. I will let you know if I find anything out.
On BDCM - Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. I have updated the agreement once again for the old officer. His attorney is currently out of the country and he wants his attorney to review the documents before signing/notarizing the share cancellations. I have offered to fly out to him in Florida and help facilitate as much as possible to expedite the process. He is hoping his attorney can review while traveling and give the green light as so we can get it done.
On ALKN - Alkane, Inc. I am waiting for the attorney to refile the motion.
QENC - Queench, Inc. court is this Friday.
