Update 5/6/21

I received a message from my attorney in Texas stating that she got a call from Ruairidh Campbell on behalf of PVRS - Providence Resources.  He said the company is now in good standing with the State of Texas, and he has been rehabilitating the company. As such, I am withdrawing my petition for appointment of custodian. The next two court dates for Texas petitions are SGTB – Kuboo, Inc. petition is set for 5/12 and SIBE - Sibling Group Holdings, Inc. is set for 6/4.

I received an order back denying my appointment for custodian petition on ALKN - Alkane, Inc. The grounds were that I was not a neutral party as I am a shareholder and that the petition quoted additional receiver language. My attorney is looking at what the options are to move forward.

On AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. and THDS - 3Dshopping.com I am still trying to locate the records in order to hold meetings. This is turning in to a longer process then anticipated but I remain hopeful we will be able to figure out a solution to getting the meetings noticed.

I am still waiting on the Florida courts to respond on the BABL - Buildablock Corp. order.

I BDCM - Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. I anticipate having the share cancellation documents back early next week.

Nothing new on the Delaware petitions. We are still awaiting the opinion from the independent advisor to the courts.
