Update 7/27/21
On QENC - Queench, Inc. I will be sending out shareholder meeting information this week. The major goal is the cancellation of 63,910,100 shares that were previously issued to the old officers and their companies (I believe for fraudulent means). Once the meeting is held and if a quorum votes for this measure, I will be going back to the courts to ask them to supply an order that I can submit to the transfer agent. I have also completed officer elections naming Jeff and Jordan Lowe as the officer directors of the company and their company First Breach LLC as the new Preferred A shareholder.
On HENI - Hinto Energy, Inc. last week the court approved the two transactions that will be taking place. My purchase from the trustee of the old officer’s shares and a 363 sale of the rest of the authorized shares of the company. I believe these will both happen in the coming weeks. I received the HENI OTC markets invoice and will be paying it today.
On UVSS - Universal Systems, Inc. I have completed officer elections naming Andrew Lane as sole officer and director. Critical Solutions, Inc. has been engaged to provide services to bring the company current as well take an equity stake in the business. As previously announced the officer elections for Mr. Lane were rescinded on HAZH as the previous officers disputed the custodianship and indicated that they would be going current and intent to bring value for shareholders. I directed the attorney to withdraw the receivership with the courts.
On EVCI - EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corp. I am working with the transfer agent to settle the debt and almost have the application and supporting docs done for OTC Markets.
QUAN - Quantum International Corp we are still waiting on the courts to sign the order. I asked the attorney to send an inquiry to the courts to hopefully speed this up.
ALKN - Alkane, Inc. the attorney said they are still working to obtain a court date. They hope to have it any day and as soon as this afternoon (per attorney’s assistant this morning).
